An example news story

Guiseley AFC first team play in the Unibond Premier League. However, they do not confine themselves to this one league but run a reserves team who play in the Lancashire League. In 2005 a Ladies team was formed, who won their league and gained promotion to the Women's Regional North East - Division 1 South which they are currently heading.

In addition Guiseley run a number of junior sides from the ages of Under 7 to Under 19.

Guiseley's FA Cup journey began on Saturday 16th September and was unfortunately ended prematurely by the 1 : 0 loss on Saturday 14th October.

Undeterred Guiseley have high hopes of an FA Trophy run, successfully defending the County Cup which they won last year and making the play offs in the league.
